For the John Mayer geeks out there, this is one of two presets that I offer that covers a majority of the basis for his tone! This 8 Snapshot preset is centered around the Litigator amp model, which is what many refer to as a Dumble style model. Using the amp model in a clean state I meticulously sculpted the rest of his tones using effects similar to what John would use in his rig. I used Continuum and Where The Light Is as my reference, which leads to the slightly warmer tone associated with this era. I hope you enjoy playing through this preset!

Honestly, disappointed, no refund necessary or anything just not my preference.
The only change I made to the preset is to add a Wah Wah to the chain. Sounds great using my 62 Tele and can obtain a variety of tone variations with the preset. Nice Job!

Made it a breeze to get rolling with my new helix. I go for a John Mayer/SRV - type tone on most of our songs, so it was a great baseline. And I’m new to helix so it helped me visualize how everything is designed to work with blocks in front and behind the amp/cab. Well done and certainly would recommend it to any guitar pals!
