Quad/Nano Cortex V2 Fender Dual Professional

The Fender Dual Professional was the brain child in the Zinky era in the Custom Shop. This handwired 2x12 combo reflects similarities to the Vibro-King although sounding bigger, bolder, and sweeter. Having a FAT switch takes the already pristine cleans and adds some “umpf”. There’s a reason why John Mayer called it his favorite Fender amp. Overall, the tone holds together extremely well because of its boasting 100w!

This new Quad/Nano Cortex capture pack offers 8 ‘Version 2’ captures of this amazing amp, as well as a preset for the Quad Cortex users. You also get an ADDITIONAL dual amp capture of a PRS JMOD 100/Dual Professional combo for you John Mayer fans who dig The Search For Everything era tones.  

The amp was captured using the stock Vintage 30 speakers while being mic’d with my favorite combo of the SM57 and Royer 121.
